Measures to support accessibility

To ensure that Evermood is accessible, we are taking the following steps:

• Reviewing accessibility of new features or adjustments with all product releases by our developers.
• Appointment of an Accessibility Officer (Marvin Homburg).
• Accessibility training for our staff.
• Assignment of clear accessibility goals and responsibilities.
• Use of formal methods for accessibility quality assurance. We employ external auditors once a year to identify potential barriers and issues.

Compliance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The WCAG defines three levels of compliance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Evermood is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and is working towards full compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial compliance means that some elements of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Evermood is compatible with the latest three versions of the following browsers:

Evermood cannot guarantee compatibility with:

Web browsers not listed in the above list of compatible web browsers.

Evermood is compatible with the following assistive technologies:

Screen reading technologies (known as "Screen Readers")

Note on the Use of Screen Readers: For Evermood, we have tried to ensure that most combinations of a screen reading program and web browsers work. However, certain combinations are better suited than others, such as "VoiceOver" in combination with the Safari web browser for the Mac operating system. If you are having trouble using a Screen Reader on Evermood, please contact us.

Technical specifications

The accessibility of Evermood relies on the following technologies that must function with the combination of the web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer or mobile device:
