It started with a vision

Evermood, known then as Lytt, was founded in February 2019 by Marvin Homburg and Lara von Petersdorff-Campen through the Psychological Institute of the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität with the aim of providing professional support to employees who have experienced sexual harassment or discrimination in the workplace.

Since then, much has changed: Today, Evermood is the leading platform for companies to offer their employees a holistic range of services for private, health-related, and work-related concerns. This way, we actively support companies and the people who work there in creating a healthier and more sustainable working environment.

Today, Evermood employs more than 30 people and won the HR Start-up Award at the Human Resources Management Congress in September 2022.
